Client Methodology

What process can you expect when we help you fill a vacancy? We ensure we are methodical and thorough in our approach by taking the following steps:

1. Where possible, we will come and see you so that we may:

  • Understand the client organisation e.g. Environment, culture, company structure, history and mapping.
  • Discuss the job description in detail. We will not only look at the skill-set you need but also personality types and your department/ company goal. This will help us to determine the candidates we recommend to you.   

2. Sourcing Candidates:

  • We will advertise your jobs for free on our own and other premium jobsites.
  • We will source ‘non active/ passive’ candidates or ‘headhunt’, as well as considering those who are currently available on the market, using various in-house methods.
  • Search our existing candidate database and networks.

3. Screening Candidates:

We will conduct initial telephone screening and face to face detailed & competency based interviews.

4. Matching candidate with job requirements:

  • We will screen candidates for each individual position we speak to them about. We will NOT send CV’s without speaking to the candidate first and assessing both their interest and suitability.

5. Taking references:

  • References will often be taken at this stage.

6. Short Shortlists:

  • We provide you with a shortlist of the best 4 to 5 candidates only. After all, we believe shortlists should be short. After which, we will:
  • Arrange interviews & send fully comprehensive briefs to candidates and clients.
  • Take interview feedback.
  • Manage the offer process smoothly.

7. After care:

  • Our work is not done once a placement is made. We believe that Keeping in regular touch with both candidates and clients is the best way to ensure everyone is happy.
