Document Controller/ Administrator (6 month fixed term contract)

Job Summary :

IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE Document Controller/ Team Administrator required 
to provide administrative assistance to the Technical team of a leading house-builder, based near to Oxford.

You will be responsible for carrying out general administrative duties, including document control, uploading, managing & distributing documents including working drawings, filing, producing reports, booking meeting rooms and being the first point of call for phone and email queries. 

The role will be varied on a daily basis and will consist of providing further admin support to the Technical team, as and when required. 

Excellent organisational and administrative skills are required and a friendly and personable manner. A high level of communication skills (both written and verbal) is also essential. 

Applicants will ideally have previous experience within a similar role, ideally within as a site administrator/ Document controller or team administrator within a construction company or house-builder (although not essential). 

This is a 6 month fixed term contract, with a view to potentially being extended thereafter
